Summer courses are fast-paced and require consistent effort from the start !
To stay on track:
• Review your syllabus early and note all key deadlines
• Set a weekly schedule to keep up with assignments and readings
• Attend class regularly and engage with course material
• Ask questions and seek support as soon as challenges arise
• Prioritize rest and time management to avoid burnout
Staying organized and consistent will help you succeed throughout the term.

This graphic breaks down how to approach multiple-answer exam questions.
Read the prompt carefully and notice when it says “select all that apply.”
Go through every answer choice before selecting anything.
Choose all options that are correct — there may be more than one.
Before submitting, review your selections to make sure nothing was missed.
Example:
Headache ✓
Increased thirst ✓
Runny nose ✗
Small details matter — that’s where points are lost and gained.

Retaking a class doesn’t define you. What you do next does.
If you’re planning to retake a course, this is your chance to approach it differently and set yourself up for a better outcome.
The graphic shows a repeating arrow symbol in the center. The top text reads, “Retaking a class next semester?” The bottom text reads, “Retaking ≠ Failing,” followed by “Workshop • April 29 • Online” and “Details + sign up in caption.”

A scarlet poster from The Ohio State University Dennis Learning Center titled “How to Make a Practice Test.” The graphic includes three steps: asking your professor, mimicking the test format, and timing yourself, with simple icons and a clean layout.
Studying smarter doesn’t always mean studying longer… sometimes it means studying like it’s the real test 🧠✨
Here’s how to create your own practice test:
1. Ask Your Professor
Don’t overthink this — just send a quick, respectful email asking about the exam format or if they have any sample questions. You can ask things like:
• “Will the exam be mostly multiple choice or short answer?”
• “Are there any topics you recommend focusing on?”
This helps you study with direction instead of guessing.
2. Mimic the Format
Once you know the structure, recreate it.
If it’s multiple choice → make your own questions or use Quizlet
If it’s short answer → write out responses (not just in your head)
If it’s mixed → do both
The goal is to make your brain practice the same way it’ll perform on the exam.
3. Time Yourself
This is the part people skip… and it matters.
Sit down, no distractions, and actually time yourself like it’s the real test.
This helps with pacing, focus, and test anxiety so nothing feels unfamiliar on exam day.
Practice like it’s real → perform like it’s nothing 📝💯

Waiting until the due date = stress later. A better strategy is setting your own earlier deadlines so you stay ahead and in control.
Try this today:
Write down the task clearly
Set an earlier due date (your “real” deadline)
Set reminders to keep yourself on track
Break it into starter steps so it feels doable
Tell someone your deadline for accountability
This approach helps you turn big assignments into manageable progress instead of last-minute pressures.

A red background with a subtle pattern. In the center, a light gray rounded box reads “Reset Sunday,” followed by “Reset Your Week for Success” and “Read the caption to learn more” with a downward arrow.
Reset Sunday Is Here !!!
If your week felt unorganized or all over the place, this is your time to fix it before Monday hits.
Keep it simple:
• Write everything down
Get it out of your head so you can actually see what you’re working with.
• Choose what actually matters
Not everything needs your energy at once.
• Start something small tonight
Even 15–20 minutes makes a difference.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s just about being a little more prepared than last week.
