From Brazil 🇧🇷, Ireland 🇮🇪, Colombia 🇨🇴, and Ethiopia 🇪🇹… straight to the heart of New York!!!

Our interns took on the breathtaking Botanical Garden of NY and turned it into something even more special — laughter, culture, friendship, and unforgettable memories growing everywhere we went.

And of course… we couldn’t leave without a loud, proud, all-in O-H-I-O!!! 🅾️🙌🏻

Different countries. One team. One experience. One family.

Meet Maria Spina, training at Metrolina Greenhouses.

She’s experiencing something that’s true everywhere in horticulture:
Our business follows the seasons.

Production shifts. Demand changes. We adapt.

As Maria said in the video:
“It is a challenge working here.” Don’t get her wrong!

Seasonality isn’t a challenge — it’s PREPARATION. And Maria is embracing every moment of it.
