Session Description: "The Belonging Revolution" addresses the critical need for organizations to engage a diverse, multigenerational workforce to drive sustainable success.
As four distinct generations, Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers, collaborate within a single workplace, leaders face unique communication challenges and cultural shifts.
This presentation explores how fostering a culture of true belonging acts as a catalyst for innovation and operational efficiency. By shifting perspectives from age-based friction to valuing diverse strengths, organizations can unlock a 17% boost in productivity and significantly enhance profitability through higher employee engagement.
Attendees will gain actionable leadership strategies to bridge generational gaps and build inclusive teams.

LET’S CELEBRATE!
On June 27, we will host our annual Membership Appreciation Party from noon to 2 pm at the Longaberger Alumni House. Please plan to join us for this event, where food, fun, and Buckeye friendship will be in abundance!
This will include our Scholarship fundraiser sale, which is crucial to a primary mission of our club, so that we can continue to help future Buckeyes with the cost of attending Ohio State.

F O O T B A L L R A F F L E !!!
The annual raffle for our Presidents Club football tickets has begun! The OSU Alumni Club of Franklin County has a pair of tickets to every home game this season, and we're making ALL of our seats available again this year in our raffle.
All money raised goes directly to our Scholarship fund to help future Buckeyes.
All home games will be up for grabs, and raffle tickets are still just $5 each, $25 for 6 tickets, or 13 tickets for $50. If your name is pulled, you have the right to purchase our club's pair of tickets for that game. These are great seats in Section 14C, ROW 2 and include seatbacks for your comfort!
The cost of the tickets varies per game, just as if you bought them anywhere else. The cost will include the season discount and the seatback and fees.
The first drawing will be in mid to late August and will include the first 4 games:
9/5 Ball State - Alumni Band Game
9/19 Kent State
9/26 Illinois
10/10 Maryland
The second drawing will be in early October and will cover the final 3 games:
11/7 Oregon
11/14 Northwestern
11/28 That Team Up North

We are not allowed to sell the raffle tickets on our website. Send checks or money orders (made payable to “OSU Alumni Club of Franklin County”) to Leyla Hawkins, 1149 Tillicum Drive, Worthington, OH 43085. Or bring cash or checks to the July 8 or August 12 club meetings at the Alumni House.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR:
THE MULTI-GENERATIONAL WORKFORCE
The Franklin County OSU Alumni club is pleased to present our next career-focused professional development workshop: How to Maximize Multi-Generational Synergy: Communication Strategies for the Modern Workplace. This event will take place on Thursday evening, May 28, at the Longaberger Alumni House.
As the workplace evolves through hybrid and RTO transitions, organizational success hinges on one thing: inclusive collaboration. A multigenerational workforce is a powerhouse of institutional knowledge and fresh innovation if you know how to bridge the communication divide.
This session provides leaders and team members with the tactical tools needed to reduce friction and boost retention.
Learning Objectives:
- Recognize the shifting dynamics of the 21st-century workforce.
- Align diverse communication styles to streamline workflows.
- Apply proven frameworks to foster an inclusive, high-productivity environment.
