Congratulations to Claire Baumann (ACS Class of 2020) for directing the Golden Triangle Theatre's production of W***y Wonka Kids! A director must have many qualities; leadership, time management, communication, attention to detail, and motivation, just to name a few. We are so impressed that Claire was entrusted with this role at such a young age!

Claire is about to finish her high school degree through a home schooling program that has required much self discipline while affording her the flexibility to take part in many other pursuits. In addition to finishing high school and directing plays, Claire has interned in the ACS Music and Theatre Department, teaching harmony and choreography to middle school students. She plans to attend Ole Miss for her bachelor's degree.

Claire, we are so proud of you and can't wait to see what comes next! 🤩

CONGRATULATIONS to ACS alumna, Natalie Grace Staggers, for being inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa Society (Gamma of Mississippi Chapter) at Mississippi State University! Election to membership in Phi Beta Kappa is an honor conferred upon fewer than 10% of each graduating class. In the spring semester, seniors are selected based upon a careful review of the academic records of each eligible candidate who has completed a broad range of liberal arts and sciences coursework. This is an outstanding achievement and we could not be more proud to call Natalie one of our own!
