Kids A+ math programs use the abacus to instruct students in the techniques needed to master the 13 levels of basic mental arithmetic. Pre-K through Elementary School children develop critical thinking skills through a formulaic approach that begins with the abacus and steadily progresses toward performing purely mental computations. Our methods are designed to supplement traditional (school-based) math classes. In a matter of weeks, our students begin to develop a set of hard math skills that fuel confidence and inspire a high-performance attitude. Developing a child’s mental arithmetic skills at the Pre-K and Early Elementary school age will greatly enhance their interest in math and help them perform faster and more accurate mathematic computations.
