Today is day 2 of our 7 day fundraiser. Currently we have only 4 families registered, so please remember to click the link below to get your pop up shop open.

Remember you don’t have to collect or pass out any materials, you only need to share your unique pop up shop link.

The top 3 sellers will receive a prize and if we reach our goal, the entire school will be rewarded.

Good evening Eagle Family!

Our Double Good fundraiser kicks off this evening at 5:00 PM! It will run from August 30 – September 6, ending at 5:00 PM. We’re selling Double Good’s award-winning popcorn and earning 50% of every sale.

All you have to do is click the link below to setup your pop up shop and share your link with your family and friends. The best part is you don’t have to collect or pass out anything! Every supporter places their own order via the link and the popcorn is shipped directly to their own home!

This will be our biggest fundraiser of the year and we really need your help with making it successful. If we can reach our goal of $20,000 ($10,000 will be our profit), we will reward the entire school!

Our top 3 sellers will receive individual prizes! If you have more than one student, just group them together under the same pop up shop.

Dollar Day is tomorrow! We will have our normal selection for $1 and chocolate bars for $2.

We will accept cash, cashapp (+2.75%), and Venmo. We cannot accept cards at this time. If you send money via Venmo or cashapp please let the teachers know so they are able to come to the dollar day table.

Your NCES PTO is thrilled to welcome everyone back for an amazing 2026–2027 school year! We can’t wait to partner with you to make this year full of fun, memories, and exciting opportunities for our students.

🎉 To kick off the year, we’re excited to offer our 2026–2027 PTO Package! This package gives your family a great discount on several of our biggest PTO items for the year. It’s the best value and an easy way to support all the fun ahead!

📅 PTO Package sales end October 2nd. After that date, all items will be available for purchase individually at their regular prices.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Have more than one NCES student? Be sure to add the additional cost for any extra items you’d like for each child (for example, add an additional $25 if you would like each child to receive a yearbook).

👕 The shirt pictured on the order form is this year’s official PTO Package shirt!

📝 The first page of the packet lists all pricing and package information. The second page is the order form that should be completed legibly and returned to the school.

The deadline to register for school bus transportation is quickly approaching. To ensure your student is eligible for transportation services, you must complete the online bus transportation registration by July 15, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Your student’s online school registration must be completed before you can submit a bus transportation request. Students who are not registered for bus transportation by the July 15 deadline will not have transportation services available on the first day of school.

To ensure your student is fully prepared for the start of the school year and to avoid any disruption in transportation services, we encourage you to complete both registrations as soon as possible.

To complete your student’s online registration, please visit www.muscogee.k12.ga.us and select the “I Want To” tab.
