Congratulations to Naomi Livits ’27 on qualifying for the state championship meet!
Naomi qualified in the 200m and 400m, the latter of which she finished in 3rd place with a new personal and school record of 58.46 seconds. Her time was good enough to qualify for the state championship meet, taking place today and tomorrow at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Naomi will be racing today (Thursday) in the semi-finals at 5:50 p.m., and if she advances, will be racing again tomorrow at 5:50 p.m. Best of luck, Naomi!

The 1918 building may come down this summer. But the people who filled it — and everything they built together - aren't going anywhere.
