Bishop Ready High School

After an over four-hour rain delay, our Knights finally got their chance to compete in the OHSAA State Finals last night!

While the 200-meter dash didn't end with the result she was hoping for, we're incredibly proud of Elle Woloshan for reaching the biggest stage in Ohio track and field. Elle also competed in the 4X100 Relay which took 4th in the State of Ohio!!!

Welcome HOME, Mr. Mike George '85! ⚔️

We're excited to welcome Mike back to Bishop Ready as our new Facilities Manager. As a proud Silver Knight alum, Mike will help ensure that 707 Salisbury remains a place our students can be proud to call home.

But he won't be the only Mr. George in the building! Mike's younger brother, Mark '87, already serves as our School Resource Officer.

It seems the George brothers are back to walking the halls of Bishop Ready together once again!

Students, we apologize in advance when someone says, "Go see Mr. George," and your first question becomes, "Which one?" 😂

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first athletic camp of the summer. We kicked things off with Girls Basketball! 🏀

We loved seeing so many little Knights learning new skills, having fun, and bringing great energy to camp this week. A huge thank you to our players, coaches, families, and campers for making it such a great start to the summer!

Bishop Ready alum Drayton Willey '23 was recently featured in an article from The Columbus Dispatch alongside Dr. Mehmet Oz and Governor Mike DeWine discussing children's eye care and access to eyeglasses.

Drayton is currently serving in the Governor's Office this summer through the University of Dayton's Statehouse Civic Scholar Program, gaining valuable experience in public service and government leadership. We are proud to see her using her talents and voice to make a difference in the community and beyond.
