Active aging without pain: A former Buckeye athlete takes control of his health.

Former collegiate and NFL-drafted football player Dee Miller sought relief from debilitating hip pain, opting for same-day hip replacement surgery, and Dr. Matthew Beal is an orthopedic surgeon at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center who specializes in hip and knee replacements.

“The patient experience doesn’t end at the OR table. We aim to deliver comprehensive care through every patient’s journey,” says Katie Williams, Dr. Beal's clinic manager.
