Honestly, that's a great question, but here's what you need to know: Editing your book and reviewing your book are two completely different services.

When I edit your manuscript, I'm working "inside" your words: fixing grammar, tightening sentences, improving clarity, and delivering a clean, polished manuscript back to you. When I review your book, I step back and give you my professional literary assessment: your plot, your pacing, your characters, your voice, and whether your book is landing as you intend.

One is surgical. The other is strategic. Both require my time, my expertise, and my eye, so yes, they're priced separately.
