Last week, while visiting my mother-in-law’s house for Thanksgiving, something happened that I’ll never forget:

I was sitting on the couch next to my wife, enjoying the post-dinner lull…

Our middle son (11-years-old) was sitting on my other side, just hanging out, when suddenly, our oldest son (13-years-old) decided to jump across our laps...

Before I could react, our 9-year-old daughter joined in, piling on top of us.

That’s when the tickling started…

My hands were trapped, my defenses were useless, and my kids showed no mercy.

My wife was no help either... she just laughed at my demise!

All three of my kids teamed up on me, tickling me until I was laughing so hard I had tears and could barely breathe!

I was helpless in the best possible way, and…

For a moment, the world stood still.

After the chaos subsided and everyone found their breath again, I looked around at my family and felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

This wasn’t just a silly moment of laughter.

No… It was something deeper—a moment of pure connection, love, and joy.

See, here’s the thing:

As dads, we sometimes forget how much those little moments matter.

Life can get so busy, and we can become so focused on work, goals, and responsibilities that we miss the magic of simply BEING there.

Moments like this remind me of what’s most important.

Many men I’ve worked with share a common regret:

They wish they’d spent more time being present with their wife and kids.

They didn’t realize until it was too late that the small, seemingly mundane moments—like a dog pile on the couch—are the ones that stick with you….

And the moments that stick with them.

Often, it feels like there’s “not enough time.”

But when we dig deeper, we find the real issue is we’ve let our priorities get out of alignment.

We tell ourselves we’re working hard FOR our family, but in doing so...

We sometimes forget to BE WITH them.

That tickling session wasn’t just fun; it was a reminder.

My kids are growing up fast, and one day, they won’t be small enough to climb all over me anymore…

But for now, they still do, and I’m making it a point to soak up every second of it.

When you prioritize connection with your family, you aren’t just creating memories—you’re building bonds that last a lifetime.

Those moments of laughter and closeness become the foundation of trust and love that your kids carry with them forever.

I don’t know when they’ll team up against me again, but I do know this:

I’ll take every dog pile and every laugh they throw my way.

Because this is what it’s all about.

Listen, if you need help reconnecting with your loved ones, send me a message now.

The one thing you can’t get back… is time.

The last three months have been a whirlwind of lessons, growth, and hard-earned wisdom.

Each moment—good, bad, or downright messy—taught me something valuable about how to live, work, and thrive.

Here are six key lessons that reshaped my perspective and helped me navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and joy.

1. Be Authentic
Show up as yourself—no filters, no masks. People connect with the real you, not a polished version.

2. Embrace the Suck
Growth happens when you lean into discomfort. The hard moments are where the magic is made.

3. Make Time to Relax
Rest isn’t a luxury; it’s fuel. Productivity thrives when you recharge intentionally.

4. Be Intentional
Every action matters. When you align your choices with your purpose, you create momentum.

5. “No Big Deal” Energy
Stay calm under pressure. Life’s challenges feel smaller when you treat them like they’re manageable.

6. Make It Fun
Joy transforms effort into play. Fun fuels creativity and keeps you moving forward.

Experience truly is the greatest teacher, and the lessons we learn along the way shape who we are.

Work-Life balance isn’t a time issue, it’s a value issue.

What you value most will always find time.

**If You Think SomeOne (or SomeThing) Will Make You Happy... You're Wrong**

Want to know the most powerful shift my clients make?

Reconnecting with themselves.

They realize their frustration isn't because they lost a deal....

Or failed to achieve a goal.

Or someone else let them down....

They had lost themselves.

And when they get that back, everything changes.

They lead with purpose.

They show up stronger...

And unlock the Next Level in every area of their life.

Men...

Reclaiming yourself is the ultimate power move.

It’s not about working harder, dude...

It’s about knowing who you are and what you stand for!

That’s when you become unstoppable.

Self-Value is more important than
Self-Confidence.

Your biggest obstacle isn’t your schedule-it’s giving yourself permission to prioritize what really matters.

**𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝?**

One client came to me after burning out—he had it all on paper, but inside, he was done

We worked on shifting his focus from the hustle to his core values

In months, he didn’t just rebuild his business…

He reconnected with his family and faith and felt more alive than ever.

Listen, true fulfillment doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from getting real and honest about where you’re at and what you need.

You can have both success and purpose, but only if you’re willing to drop the act and focus on what truly motivates you.

And for the majority of the successful men that be worked with…

It’s not more money or “things” in the world…

It’s finally realizing they’re good enough and worthy of love.

Stop chasing. Start living aligned.

"𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠"

"Suffering" is nothing more than arguing with reality.

Hear me out...

Suffering... simply put, is resisting the way things are—demanding life should be different.

But - news flash - reality doesn’t care about your demands.

The more you push against it, the more it grinds you down.

Think about it.

You’re frustrated because your business isn’t moving fast enough, or your relationships are off-balance.

But what’s really going on?

You’re stuck in the belief and expectation that things should be different.

Here’s the hard truth: The moment you stop fighting reality, you reclaim your power.

This doesn’t mean surrendering.

It means owning where you are.

When you accept that, you stop wasting energy on wishing things were different, and start focusing on making things better.

You get to act with purpose... and in "letting go," you actually reclaim your power.

A quote I heard long ago is, "That which we resist persists."

Suffering comes when you argue with what is.

Freedom comes when you face it, own it, and move forward.

Stop the argument. Accept reality. Then? Rewrite it.

Let's do this.

𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐋𝐘𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐈𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑

Many of my clients have felt stuck in their lives, spinning their wheels but never having a breakthrough. The reason?

They lie... to others... and especially to themselves.

Listen... telling the truth, especially to yourself, is the most badass thing you can do.

It’s raw. It’s uncomfortable. It forces you to confront the lies you’ve been telling yourself about why you’re stuck in a dead-end job, disconnected from your family, or burning out.

The truth is your power.

When you stop lying to yourself, you take control. You stop pretending that things are “fine” when deep down you know they’re not... you stop making excuses.

It’s only when you’re brutally honest with yourself that you see the path forward.

One client of mine had convinced himself that working endless hours was the only way to provide for his family.

The truth? His family didn’t need the money—they needed him!

Facing that truth was tough, but it changed everything. He reclaimed his time, his energy, and most importantly, his connection with the people he loved.

Here’s the deal: If you’re ready to level up, you need to face the truth.

It’s not weakness—it’s pure strength.

Hiding behind lies will only keep you small. Hiding behind the lies is the REAL weakness...

Step into the truth, take ownership of your life, and you’ll unlock the kind of success that goes way beyond what’s on paper.

Truth hurts, but it sets you free.

Now, here's an invitation for you:

Declare in the comments one of the ways you've been lying to yourself, and what you're going to do instead. What action will you take (or not take)?

Exposure leads to Expansion.

Let's do this.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 pt 1/4

Core values aren’t just words—they’re the compass that guides every decision, every action, and ultimately, every outcome in life.

When you stay true to your core values, you create a strong foundation that keeps you grounded, no matter how turbulent life becomes.

These values are the non-negotiables in your life.

They define who you are at your core and what you stand for.

Yet, it’s easy to lose sight of them when you’re caught up in the demands of work, family, and the endless chase for more.

I’ve felt this myself—those moments when discontent and disconnection creep in, making you question everything.

I remember a time when I was eyeballs deep in work…

I was absolutely crushing my goals, but I felt emptier with every step.

It wasn’t until I paused to reflect that I realized I’d drifted from my core values.

My drive was fueled by external expectations, not by what truly mattered to me.

That realization was my turning point.

By realigning with my core values, I began making choices that felt right, bringing a sense of peace and fulfillment I hadn’t felt in years.

Living without a clear connection to your core values is like sailing without a map.

You may move forward, but you’ll never reach a destination that feels right.

Embrace your core values, and you’ll find they don’t just guide you—they empower you to live authentically and with purpose.

If you’d like support discovering what your core values are, send me a message, I’d be happy to help.
