If you currently receive SNAP benefits and lost power during the recent storms for at least 4 hours, resulting in food loss or spoilage, you can be issued replacement benefits.

To apply for replacement benefits, download and complete the JFS 7222 form within 10 days of the loss and submit it to Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services.

- Upload to the JFS Document Uploader
- Submit via the Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal
- Drop off at an Opportunity Center

Pregnancy is an exciting journey, and you don't have to navigate it alone. CDCFC's Pregnancy Program provides FREE prenatal and postnatal support to eligible expecting mothers in Franklin County, helping you and your baby get the healthiest start possible.

Through our program, you'll receive:
🏡 Monthly home visits and personalized check-ins
🩺 Assistance finding prenatal care, insurance, and essential baby items
🛏️ Safe sleep education and a free Pack 'n Play
🤱 Free doula services
🍼 Free diapers
📚 Educational workshops covering fetal development, healthy eating, breastfeeding, maternal mental health, and more

Who can apply?
✔️ Currently pregnant
✔️ Income eligible
