Similarities and Difference between NCCI and ISO rules that relate to the definition of clerical; officers; changing a class code; adding a secondary class code; basis of premium; classification inclusions/exclusions; Special Inclusions and more. These are the basic rules that we learned when starting this profession and ones we should know from heart, but do we? I learned a lot in preparing this presentation. I will summarize the ones that regularly come into play in performing our premium audit duties.

Kurt Lang is the Premium Audit Manager for the Heartland Region (7 Midwest states) and West Region (5 Western states) with Selective Insurance Company of America. He has the following designations, CPCU, C**A, APA, AU, AM. He has over 35 years experience as a premium audit manager.

PCRB Test Audit Program Updates

This webinar will focus on the changes to PCRB’s Test Audit Program since Covid-19, the issues and differences that we’ve been seeing, and where we’re going as we move into the future. This popular session was presented at the 2023 NSIPA Annual Seminar in Orlando.

Roxanne Walker is currently a Senior Field Operations Analyst for the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) and Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau, Inc. (DCRB). In this role, Roxanne’s responsibilities include review and analysis of test audits, resolving payroll allocation disputes, consulting on technical matters, issuing classification decisions, conducting test audits in the field, training and mentoring PCRB/DCRB Field Representatives and presenting educational seminars. Roxanne is also responsible for developing and maintaining the Test Audit Portal, which is the web application used by the PCRB/DCRB to communicate with carriers for test audit purposes. Roxanne is a graduate of Temple University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Insurance Auditors’ Society (PIAS) and was named Auditor of the Year in 2018.
