🌟 Teacher Appreciation Week Recap! 🌟
This week has been nothing short of amazing, and we want to take a moment to thank our incredible Director, Coach James Rush, for going above and beyond to show appreciation for our amazing teachers at McKellar!
🍳 Monday kicked off with breakfast for our staff, followed by lunch on Tuesday.
🍽️ Thursday was a real treat with both breakfast AND fish plates cooked by Coach Rush himself and our talented Culinary Instructor, Dana Harris!
🔥 We wrapped up the week with a fantastic McKellar Grill and Chill! Our amazing students enjoyed games, hamburgers, hotdogs, music, and movies – all thanks to the hard work and dedication of our incredible staff!
We are beyond grateful for Coach Rush’s leadership and the incredible team of educators we have here at McKellar. Thank you to every teacher who makes a difference every single day! 💙

Over the past two weeks, Mrs. Pace’s Med Tech students had the wonderful opportunity to spend time at Trinity Nursing Home, working alongside the activity director. During their visits, students connected with residents through games, crafts, and meaningful conversations.
This hands-on experience gave students a glimpse into the compassionate side of healthcare and opened their eyes to the many career paths available in the field. We’re proud of our future healthcare professionals for stepping up and making a difference in our community!❤️❤️

The Early Child Care class assisted with hiding Easter eggs at Fairview Elementary School. The students had a great time being with the kids and watching them hunt for eggs!🐣❤️🥰
