Students are invited to WEAR POLKA DOTS to celebrate creativity, courage, and the power of making your mark! 🖌️

Dress Reminder: Students may wear polka dot shirts, socks, accessories, etc., but school uniform pants or shorts are still required. 👕

Tell me you’re in science class without telling me you’re in science class... 🔬🧪👀

We are so thankful for our teachers who provide meaningful, hands-on learning experiences for our students! While technology has its place in the classroom, we love seeing moments when our kids are actively engaged—not just looking at a screen.

Hands-on learning encourages students to collaborate, problem-solve, research, explore, and so much more. Plus, THEY ARE KIDS! They need opportunities to learn, create, explore, and experience things hands-on! ❤️

🚗 Follow all traffic and dismissal procedures.
👀 Stay alert and watch for students and families.

Learning is always more fun when you can move, create, and explore! 🤗

Our 2nd grade students had SO much fun learning about different pollinators and even moving like them! Then, they put their creativity to work designing a possible hummingbird feeder.🐝🦋🐦🌎💚

Next up: building their feeders, using math to measure ingredients, making sugar water, and placing their feeders outside in hopes of welcoming some hummingbird visitors before they migrate south for the winter! Did you know hummingbirds migrate?!?! Our students are learning something new every day! ♥️✨
