Running a business comes with its fair share of challenges, and I’ve been navigating some pretty tough waters lately. From attracting new clients to managing finances and ensuring my services are always on point, it hasn’t been easy. But here’s the thing: facing these challenges head-on is exactly what will drive my long-term success.

Each hurdle is an opportunity for growth and learning. By tackling issues like client acquisition, cultural alignment, and financial management, I’m not just solving problems—I’m building a stronger foundation for my business. It’s about resilience and adaptability, and I’m committed to making sure that every setback is a setup for a comeback.

Challenges push us to refine our strategies, improve our skills, and innovate in ways we might not have considered before. They’re a crucial part of the journey, helping me develop the tools and mindset needed for sustained success.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received along the way. Your trust and feedback are invaluable, and they motivate me to keep moving forward, even when the going gets tough.

I got to wrap up the month of working with TRANSIT ARTS: Glow Project group introducing them to the world of .

This was fun opportunity to expose more young Black girls to my passion, not only for and , but also sharing the importance of in the .

I've worked with this group a couple times already, but there were a Iot of new faces. I found out that many of the girls had never been to the Grange Insurance Audubon Center. What a treat for them to learn about Raptors and see these beautiful birds up close 👏🏾

Thank you to Joe Dorian from the for collaborating with me and to the for providing their facility for my program. I'm looking forward to my next gathering with The Glow Project 😊 More to come!

Every now and then I feel like I'm not doing enough for others or my community. But I forget that in order to do more for others, I first need to take better care of me. It's important to feel that I'm enough even when others aren't around.

Nature constantly reminds me that rest, growth, and impactful things are happening all the time even if there are no witnesses or an audience.

Hi and welcome to N Her Nature LLC! My name is Nicole and I provide services for seeking life balance, healing, and joy through meaningful nature experiences.

As Black women we are expected to work so hard for others, give so much of ourselves, and constantly put out other people's fires. We push ourselves to exhaustion and forget that we need nurturing and care too.

Nature has been my safe space to feel connected, curious, inspired, creative, and most importantly liberated! It's given me so much love, support, and perspective on how to build a more healthy and loving relationship with myself and others.

With all that I've learned from this relationship, I wanted to share the lessons and tools I've collected over the years with other Black women also seeking more healing, balance, and joy.
