JVHS CCA verification for the 2026-2027 school year will take place on July 28th and July 29th in the gymnasium. Please refer to the flyer for information about the times. You may attend verification for your student at any time during the specified timeframes.

Before you attend verification, you must complete the online registration in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and upload the required documents.

Parents/guardians of students who are not verified during this timeframe will need to make an individual appointment for verification with our clerks.

Congratulations to three of our JROTC cadets for earning top honors at JCLC this week: Kenyon Nipper, Jeremy Roberts, and Jamarious Wright. We are proud of their hard work, leadership, and outstanding accomplishments! 👏

Congratulations to our 15 JROTC cadets who successfully completed JCLC this week! Throughout the program, our Red Jackets gained valuable hands on experience in three specialized tracks: Traditional Leadership, STEM Robotics, and Medical. We are proud of their commitment to learning, growth, and leadership, even during the summer months. Keep up the great work, Red Jackets!

It might be summertime, but our Red Jackets are hard at work! Ms. Harris, Ms. McNeill, and Mr. Willoughby joined our friends from Georgia Power for a tour of their hydroelectric plant at Bartlett’s Ferry. A special thanks to them for this opportunity to learn more careers in energy for our students.

They also got to stop by and share a meal with another one of our partners: 219 Food and Spirits! Yum!

All MCSD parents must complete Online Registration (OLR) for their student’s continued enrollment. To avoid enrollment delays and additional follow-up, please complete your student’s OLR by Monday, June 15, 2026.

Summer School starts this Thursday, June 4th at 9:00am. Students only qualify to attend summer school if they received a final grade of 60-69 in one or more of their four core classes during the 2025-26 school year.

Students recovering credit of a GMAS class must also retake the test during testing week beginning on June 22, 2026.
