Our focus: Healthy Body, Healthy Food, Healthy, Hygiene, Healthy Wallet, Healthy Social Life.

Some of the greatest strengths aren’t always the loudest, and Angenzi is a perfect example. Her ability to remain composed during high-intensity moments while continuing to provide compassionate, person-centered support is truly remarkable.

Her positivity, resilience, and unwavering passion for the adults we serve inspire those around her every day. She approaches each challenge with patience, determination, and a genuine desire to help participants succeed.

💛 Celebrating 6 Incredible Years with Mackenzie at NeuroVersity Adult Day Program!💛

Mackenzie has spent the past six years making a lasting impact as a BCBA through thoughtful clinical work, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to the individuals she supports. She consistently develops individualized programming with creativity and care, ensuring each client receives meaningful, well-matched support.

A defining quality of Mackenzie’s approach is her determination. She remains steady and solution-focused when challenges arise, offering guidance and encouragement that helps both clients and staff move forward with confidence. Her support for RBTs is especially valued, as she is always willing to step in, provide direction, and help others feel equipped in their roles.

Mackenzie also plays a key role in shaping team culture. She contributes to a positive, welcoming environment where collaboration feels natural and staff feel supported in their work. Families experience this same sense of trust through her ability to connect with them in a reassuring and genuine way, helping them feel confident in their child’s progress.

Her leadership is present in every space she enters, through her engagement on the floor, her responsiveness to team needs, and her ability to bring people together with ease. She creates stability, connection, and comfort for both teams and families alike.

For seven meaningful years, Leah has been a cornerstone of compassion, leadership, and unwavering support at IPT. Her journey from RBT to coordinator to HR professional reflects not only incredible professional growth, but a deep-rooted passion for serving others with excellence and heart.

Leah brings a rare combination of empathy, professionalism, and quiet strength into every space she enters.
