No, you did not miss this week's episode. Mike and I have had a hectic week with EBL Basketball, and both schools have a team represented in the Final Four this Friday night! We will be back next week and are hoping that the flood warnings stop so Brett can go swimming!

Mike and Brett are two elementary principals in Columbus, Indiana. In October 2019, they created a short video that they shared with their respective schools. In this video, they introduced the idea of a “principal swap.” Mike and Brett switched schools for one day to learn more about how they could improve as leaders and share out their experiences.
While both schools are different, Brett and Mike share similar leadership beliefs. At the core of those beliefs is the importance of building relationships with school stakeholders and emphasizing the positives.
After much discussion and laughter, Mike and Brett decided to continue the “Mike and Brett Show” (for real)! Through this journey, they will be sharing how they are striving to be their best self at work, home, and outlook on life. Do they have all the answers? Absolutely, not. They will be inviting many people to join them on the show and share their experiences.
We have no idea where this journey will take us, but we want you to join us!
