Leaders, as believers, each of us are managers of spiritual resources with which God has entrusted us. A serious problem with many Christian leaders is that of organizing and managing spiritual resources. The laborers are few and they should be properly organized and mobilized.

In 2021, we are focusing on helping leaders train themselves and their staffs on how to manage their responsibilities. Look for these low cost leadership training options for you and your leaders in 2021:

Biblical Management- introduces the subject of management; identifies leadership positions, and stresses the importance of the anointing to lead. Biblical principles of leading like a servant and shepherd as well as qualifications for leaders.

You will learn how to set objectives, implement plansand evaluate results. You will be given examples to assist you in practical organization of ministry within the local church fellowship.

This is not going to be a “Daniel Fast.” Although that was a period of 21 days and we call it a fast, it was more of a diet than a fast. This is not a complete fast either. My instructions are as follows:
If you are undergoing any medical treatment or seeing a doctor, please consult your physician prior to starting the fast. Take all of yiur medicines as prescribed by your doctor. Contact me personally should you have any questions.

During the fast, please fast at least one meal. If you are able to do more, by all means so more. Drink only water, pure juices, decaffeinated sports drinks and abstain from carbonated beverages and caffine. We will be stimulated by Jesus.

Each day we will read a chapter in the book of St. John. Meditate on the wors then ho into worship and prayer. Allow God to download into you during worship.

Select a time that is good for you to pray a special prayer. We are praying for direction, deliverance and the healing of our church and land.

We are people of the name! That name is Jesus. Understand there will be obstacles as we go but we are on the winning side. This is a faith walk! We are walking by faith and not by sight.
