“School districts across Ohio, especially those that were remote for a year or more, have been feeling the impact this school year. School leaders say their students have struggled with maturity, socialization and coping skills, which has manifested in a variety of ways. “

Some Ohio districts are seeing increases in fights and other discipline issues. In others, mental health referrals are skyrocketing.
