I asked these lovely ladies to please make a bulletin board for outside the Adventure hallway. They made art! 🤩

Academic Excellence
We recently received our ILEARN results from last spring, and we are thrilled to share that Central 7th and 8th graders achieved higher pass percentages than both state and district averages across all four areas (7th grade Math and ELA, and 8th grade Math and ELA)! Central also outpaced surrounding area schools. Our teachers worked tirelessly to help our students succeed, and they are already building strategies to keep that momentum going. Moving forward, we will use the upcoming ILEARN Checkpoints to guide our targeted remediation and growth for every student.

Our Robotics and Spell Bowl teams are hard at work preparing for their state title runs. We are so proud of their dedication and can't wait to cheer them on!

We pretended to be early explorers at Mill Race Park today. We made a compass by magnetizing a needle and floating it in water using cork to find true north. We then charted a map using physical and human landmarks. Great day to be a Charger!
