We still need help! After Prom is coming fast and unfortunately we had a volunteer with a change of plans so now we are in need of Parking Lot security (walking students to their cars as they leave). We also are in desperate need of student monitors (sitting and ensuring that students and patrons stay in designated areas). There are several other spots we are trying to fill. No Afterprom Ticket sales on Wednesday 4/26 due to Honor roll and Prom Tickets sales during lunch. Ticket sales will be back on 4/27 and 4/28. Tickets sales are also available online by visiting our website www.hammondptsa.org If buying online, don't forget the signed PTSA waiver. This can be turned into the front office or emailed to PTSA. An email confirmation will be sent for all online purchases within 48 hours.

We are looking for volunteers to help with our prize table at After Prom on May 5th! This involves staying with the prizes at the table and helping to award, and track, the prizes we are giving away. It's an easy gig and you get to see all the smiling faces as the students collect their winnings.

After prom is coming up fast (May 5th) and is a volunteer run event. Can you help?

Among the many volunteer spots on the linked list we currently need help with coat check. This involves taking in student belongings, placing them in a bag and tagging it with the student wristband number. It also involves returning student property to them as they leave by pulling the bag that matches their wristband. Easy peasy!
