Columbia College partnered with Lexington Medical Center to provide on-site COVID-19 vaccinations to almost 100 students, faculty and staff. During an interview with WLTX News19, President Bogart shared, "A lot of people don't have transportation other than their feet and this gives them access. Access to important services is a key part of the Columbia College mission." Check out this video to hear more about the vaccine clinic that was hosted on campus today. ⤵

“I’m Felicia Gorss and I served in the United States Navy. I’m a sophomore biology student and a mother of two coming back to school to build on my perspective. I was looking for a place with small classes and it’s easier to get one-on-one help at Columbia College. I’m not just a student id number, people know my name. I won’t forget when my children were sick during Halloween and Dr. Oxley gave them a box of activities and candy. She went out of her way to think of me. To me, Columbia College is empowering, creating, and enlivening.”
