R&R is organized to provide vocational training, employment placement and economic development for individuals who have barriers to these resources.
Our purpose is to help bridge the gap between senior generation and today’s youth. We focus on developing a working dialogue between the two generations. We encouraged seasoned retirees to join us by volunteering their experience providing wisdom, imparting life lessons to young adults that are working through life struggles. s available for any speaking engagements (Church, civic and organizational group) to share what God has done in his life and inspire you to ignite your flame of potential while sharing the vision of Refreshed & Restored Ministries. We are opening a Thrift store that will provide a educational and working experience for young adults while working with retired senior volunteers. We provide the youth with work experience and also opportunity to gain business wisdom from our senior volunteers.
