Week 7 came in strong as Class 001-26 turned up the intensity with two days of hands-on MPTK training with CW3 Harvey, learning to build CRESTs and EMREs for casualty and replacement operations. The class closed out the block by earning their MPTK certification. πŸ”§πŸ“Š

The team wrapped up the Provide HR Services module this week and kept the streak alive with another 100% pass rate on their exam! Leading up to the test, the class came together for a group study session a great example of teamwork paying off. They also jumped into hands-on IPPS-A training to sharpen their HR systems skills.

Students delivered their AG History Briefs, honoring past AG leaders who shaped the Corps. In the middle of the busy week, the class also celebrated Ms. Arcuri’s birthday πŸŽ‰ a perfect morale boost!

Looking ahead, the class began preparing for next week’s D-90 brief, diving into the ADONIS OPORD for mission analysis. They ended the week by briefing CW2 Ricker on their D-180 Road to War, covering personnel readiness, equipment status, comms capability, and RFIs as they gear up for their Culminating Training Event (CTE).

WOBC Class 001-26 rolled up their sleeves and got to work at the USO! From organizing and cleaning to painting and brightening up the space, the class was all in on giving back to the community that always has our Soldiers’ backs. πŸ’ͺπŸŽ¨πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

πŸ“£ WOBC class 001-26 Week 5 update ‼️

WOBC Class 001-26 continued their studies on one of the Army’s core Human Resources competencies, Man the Force. The class took a deep dive into topics like Personnel Accountability & Strength Reporting, Enlisted Distribution Management, and Officer Talent Alignment culminating in a 100% pass rate on their first exam! πŸ’ͺπŸ“ˆ

The class then shifted focus to another core HR competency, Provide HR Services, where they explored Officer and Enlisted Promotions. This week also included a mentorship breakfast at the Pancake House with CW5 Falton and CW5 Harshaw. To wrap up the week, students showed off their sharp looks during Fancy Friday, proudly wearing their AGSUs and ASUs. Chief Ricker also led a mid-course After Action Review (AAR), giving students the opportunity to share their sustainments, improvements, and recommendations to enhance the course for future HR Technicians.

Outside the classroom, the class made the most of the Halloween weekend participating in the Army Ten-Miler, attending a sip & paint, and competing in the Hyrox Atlanta competition. A perfect mix of learning, mentorship, and fun! πŸŽƒπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸŽ¨

πŸ“£ AG WOBC Class 001-26 – Week 3 Highlights! πŸͺ™ πŸ’Ό

Physical Readiness:
The class concluded week 2 by successfully completing and passing the Army Fitness Test (AFT) showing the grit, determination, and resilience it takes to lead from the front. They also took advantage of Columbia’s beautiful running trails for morning PT, pushing themselves while enjoying the South Carolina scenery. πŸŒ³πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Power BI Training:
Students dove into Power BI, learning how to create DAX measures and use data analytics to tell the story of unit readiness. They wrapped up the week by building their own readiness dashboards, putting their new skills into action!

Mentorship:
We were honored to have CW3 Austin Sims and CW4 Carl Puckett share their experience and mentorship, offering insight into what life looks like as an HR Technician at the Brigade, Division, and Corps levels. Their advice gave our students a clearer picture of the road ahead.

Ethics and Leadership:
To close out the week, MAJ Whitehead led a powerful session on ethics, highlighting the importance of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in the Human Resources field. Students discussed real-world scenarios and learned how ethical decision-making builds trust and credibility throughout the Army.
