But this suppression makes our thoughts toxic and actions detrimental. Trust me brothers, I get it! However, as long as you stay emotionally isolated, you will continue to think it’s just you. If you are on the edge of life and are ready to jump, please take a few mental steps back and call 800-273-8255. Someone is waiting to talk to you and understands that just because something is wrong with you, doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

What is your moral rule book made of? What is your line that said what will be and won’t be? Where do you stand when rushed by the tide of opinions of the world and other people. What do you say or do when someone presses you about spiritual or even natural things such as honesty on your job? What’s your decision when it comes to walking in integrity? We live in a world where opinions and words from other people direct the entire life of a person. Someone can hear someone say something and change their decision even if it’s not in their best interest. I know. I have done that.

I have held my tongue when speaking to people and someone says something I don’t agree with morally and I let them control the tone of that situation. We don’t always have to say that someone is wrong in something but that’s situational. If someone is wrong and it’s going affect your family then you have to say something. Don’t be afraid to stand on your line in the sand. Stand in what you know is right. Whether it’s someone saying something or if it’s how you do your job, standing for complete integrity in every area of your life.
