Evening workouts are not my thing.
Iām a morning workout person. Early early. Butt crack of dawn type early.
Late morning can work too, but evening? My body be like absolutely not.
Everybody has their preference and thatās cool.
Morning, lunch break, evening, whenever.
Just make sure you get it in.
Every rep counts.
Every set.
Every workout.
Every time you show up when it wouldāve been easier not to.
Thatās a vote.
A vote for the stronger version of you.
The healthier version of you.
The more disciplined version of you.
