Dress Code Updates 2026/2027

To wrap up the school year, Ms. Lott’s Biology classes brought learning to life through an exciting project on the biomes of the world! Students explored the diverse ecosystems that make up our planet while discovering fascinating wildlife, unique plant species, and the environmental conditions that allow them to thrive. From tropical rainforests to icy tundras, this hands-on project gave students the opportunity to expand their knowledge, creativity, and appreciation for Earth’s incredible biodiversity. We are so proud of the hard work, presentations, and enthusiasm shown throughout this engaging learning experience!

Prior to the end of the school year, Mrs. Averett’s Health students engaged in an interactive, project based study of human body systems. Working collaboratively in groups, students researched an assigned body system, created life-size body outlines, and accurately illustrated and labeled their system within the anatomical framework.

Each group addressed the following components:

Physiological Function: Explained how their assigned system works and its role in the body.

Health Maintenance: Identified strategies for keeping the system healthy.

Common Conditions: Described disorders and health issues associated with the system.

Congratulations to all of the volleyball girls who made the 2026–2027 team! 🏐🎉 We are excited for the upcoming season and proud of each of you.
