A school of creative learning focusing on arts integration through Reggio Emilia and Montessori inspiration.

Our Primary School campus serves toddler and pre-k students while our Elementary and Middle School serves Junior Kindergarten through grade 8. The Atelier School of Creative Learning is inspired by the Reggio-Emilia educational philosophy. We have two locations including our Primary School (Toddler and Pre-K) and our Elementary & Middle School (Grades JK-8). We embrace a holistic view of learning

Happy end of the school year and congratulations to our elementary and middle school students! Our last couple of weeks have been full of celebration. In our annual Spring Sharing, students performed songs in Spanish; played percussion instruments celebrating samba culture; read original scenes and monologues; showed mastery of ukulele; and displayed fiber artworks. Our Spirit Week themes were a hit—students seemed to especially enjoy Dress Like a Teacher Day. And we took advantage of some beautiful weather to take a full day trip to Stephens Lake Park. Have a wonderful summer, and we’ll see you soon!

This week’s weather at our elementary and middle school was perfect for outdoor planting, time with reading buddies, and local creature spotting!

This week, the whole Atelier elementary & middle school community, along with a great number of parents and caregivers, headed to the Daniel Boone Regional Library to practice looking up and finding books for research projects and independent reading. We had a great time among the stacks and using a variety of resources available to us!
