Thank you so much to WIS TV News Sunrise for having me on the show this morning! 💛☀️

I had such a great time sharing my story, talking about the Kidz Kindness Clubhouse, and telling everyone why kindness is so important to me.

Every time I get an opportunity to use my voice, I hope another kid watching realizes that their voice matters too. You are never too young to make a difference! 💕🌎

Thank you to the entire WIS News team for welcoming me and giving me the opportunity to spread a little more kindness across the Midlands this morning!

Summer basketball has officially ended, and you know what that means… BASEBALL is back! ⚾️🔥

And before y’all ask… BASEBALL, not softball! 😂💗

Training with Coach Brown to get me back in the swing of things has been great! I’m putting in the work, getting my timing back, and getting ready for another season on the diamond.

Once again, this season I’m one of only THREE girls on a team with 12 boys, but that doesn’t bother me one bit. 😏 I just step on the field and remind them…

I STILL GOT IT! 💪🏾⚾️🔥

Let my little 8-year-old self school you for a second! 😊📸

Do you know who Ms. Susan “Sue” Ross is?! Also known as “The PhotoGriot,” Ms. Ross has spent decades using her camera to document Black history, culture, leaders, artists, and moments that deserve to be remembered.

While I was attending the BronzeLens Film Festival reception in Atlanta, Ms. Ross asked to take a picture with ME! 🥹❤️

I was truly honored because, wait a minute…shouldn’t I have been asking HER for a picture?! 😂

Moments like this remind me that I’m getting the opportunity to meet people who have helped document and preserve our history, and I get to learn from them while I’m making my own little mark on the world.

Ms. Ross, thank you for seeing something in this 8-year-old girl worth capturing. I’ll always remember this moment. ❤️📸

Now everyone, you’ve been schooled by an 8-year-old! ✌🏾🩷

Ice cream, friends and the library! 🍦📚💗

I met up with some of my friends for ice cream and then we headed to the library!

Playing sports over the years has helped me build some really special friendships. 🏀⚾️ Being teammates is about so much more than playing the game. We encourage each other, cheer for each other, respect each other, learn together and have FUN together!

Some teammates become friends, and some friends become family. 💕

To be my teammate AND my friend is a joy, and I’m thankful for friendships that I hope will last a lifetime!

Kindness is cool everywhere, even on the court, on the field and with your friends! 💗

Dreams without goals are just dreams. 💕✨

I have BIG dreams, but I also have goals! I know the things I want to accomplish won’t happen just because I dream about them. I have to work for them, believe in myself, stay focused, and keep going.

And as you can see…my dreams are coming true! 🥹🩷

I’m only 8 years old, and I know I still have so much more to learn, so much more to do, and so many more people to inspire. 🌎✨

This is only the beginning!

Dream BIG. Set your goals. Work hard. Be KIND. And never stop believing that you can do something amazing. 💜

Because as long as I can, YOU CAN! 🫶🏾✨
