🎉 Congratulations to Mr. Bethea, our Teacher of the Month! 🍎✨ His calm and steady presence brings so much positivity to our school, and the amazing relationships he builds with students make a difference every single day. We are so thankful for the encouragement, care, and joy he brings to Forest Lake! 🚀

Our students had an amazing time at our Summer Fun SOAR Celebration! ☀️🎉 Their great behavior, positive choices, and hard work earned them a celebration full of fun and smiles. We are so proud of the way they SOARed this year! 🚀💙 A special thank you to Ms. Williams, our school counselor, for organizing and planning this celebration, to our PTO for sponsoring this exciting event, and to all of our wonderful volunteers who helped make it such a memorable day for our students!

Last Friday, we celebrated our incredible 5th grade Eagles at graduation! 🎓✨ We are so proud of all they have accomplished during their time here and can’t wait to see all they achieve in middle school and beyond. Once an Eagle, always an Eagle! 💙🌟

Last Friday, at our Kindergarten Promotion, we celebrated our kindergarteners and all the incredible growth they showed this year! 🎓✨ From learning letters and numbers to building friendships and confidence, they have come so far.

We are so proud of all they accomplished this year and know they are ready for all the adventures first grade will bring. First grade is lucky to have this amazing group coming their way — way to go, kindergarteners! 🌟📚

Last Friday, we celebrated our littlest learners at Pre-K Promotion! 🎓✨

It has been incredible to watch how much they have grown this year — building friendships, learning new skills, and gaining confidence each day. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and know they are ready for their next adventure!

We wish our Pre-K students the very best as they continue to learn, grow, and shine. 💙

Today was an unforgettable day at Forest Lake Elementary as we welcomed Mark Kelly to our campus!

He toured our school and explored our NASA integration, and it was incredible watching him take in the NASA graphics and learning spaces throughout our building—through the eyes of someone who has actually lived that experience. You could feel the excitement from students and staff as he connected what we’ve built in our classrooms to real-world space exploration.

Even more special, he took time to answer student questions—curious, thoughtful, and full of wonder—making the moment feel both real and inspiring for our future astronauts, engineers, and problem-solvers.

What an amazing day for our school community and a powerful spark for our future explorers! 🚀
