Good Morning and Happy Monday.
What a BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND WE HAD
I have a buyer who is looking for a slab in Copperstone. They have a budget and will go up to 1 Million. Again they prefer a slab, but we will consider other styles of homes. They are retired and love Copperstone, and want to be closer to family. Could close quickly or they can take their time. Please reach me at 573-639-4978 or [email protected] if you know of anyone considering selling. Thanks so much
Have a great day Wendy.

Thanks for Another Great 4th of July Celebration: The Bicycle Parade kicked off the celebration on July 3. Red, white, and blue decorated bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and other wheeled entries participated. The 4th of July Pool Party is Copperstone's longest running social event. It is an event for the whole family and guests. CHOA provided ice cream treats in the afternoon. Thanks to Tim Worstell for organizing the parade and ice cream treats. Thanks to John Hall and others who donated funds and/or time to provide the fireworks display.
Completed – Left-Hand Turn Lane Off Vawter School Road to Frontgate Drive: The City of Columbia followed thru with their agreement to add a left-turn lane off Vawter School Road on to Frontgate Drive. CHOA requested this addition with the opening of Addison’s, the completion of Copperstone Park, and the near build-out of our subdivision. The plan was to add the left-hand turn lane when Vawter School Road was repaved. It is a great safety measure.

July 4th Pool Party had a massive turn out and it was great to see our neighborhood come together and celebrate. Hopefully, you were able to relax and enjoy the amazing fireworks show while snacking on popcorn and ice cream. It was a perfect night for the whole family. Welcome to make a donation to John Hall for firework costs. https://paypal.me/pools/c/8AeREQSkFX
