We will be hosting our annual Show Choir Festival, BattleFest, on Saturday, March 1st, 2025! Feel free to share this information with anyone else you know who may be interested!
Here are some details about our festival and registration information:

BattleFest

Registration deadline: 1/15/2025
High School Registration Fee: $275
Middle/Junior High School Registration Fee: $125
***50% off for any ensemble after 2***

HS Registration Fee After 1/15/25: $300
Cut-off Date: 2/1/25

You will receive an invoice after registration is received.

Details:
-Our beautiful facility is just over 10 years old!
-Our PAC holds 748 seats
-We provide in-house livestreaming - view choirs from the Cafeteria, as you enjoy your breakfast, lunch & dinner!
-Each choir will have a dedicated homeroom and student representative(s)
-You will have a 20 minute warm-up time
-Each group will have 25 minutes of stage time
-Immediately following the performance, you will be escorted to a 20 minute clinic
-Concessions, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be available for purchase
-The following Caption Awards will be announced following the Preliminary Round:
-Outstanding Opener
-Outstanding Closer
-Outstanding Ballad
-Outstanding Vocalists (Top 2)
-The following Caption Awards will be announced following Finals:
-Outstanding Instrumental Ensemble
-Outstanding Visual Ensemble
-Outstanding Vocal Ensemble

Have “NO MORE FEAR”: It’s musical time!

We know you may have been staring at “THE HOURGLASS” or “THE OTHER HOURGLASS” in anticipation of this announcement.

I also heard we’ve been “BUSTED” and a few folks have already learned what our fall musical is.

As we’ve switched it up a bit this year by not giving hints, bear with this post that will have just too many references 😉

- Our show is based on a novel.
- That novel has also had 4 film adaptations.
- With music and lyrics written by the stellar Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey, we would never want to swap this show out for something else!

What a week! CONGRATULATIONS to the three competing Battle Vocal Arts Ensembles at Music in the Parks on yesterday!
All with SUPERIOR ratings, we won:
1. First place in the Men’s Choral division
2. First place in the Women’s Choral division, and
3. Third place in the Mixed Choral division!
We had a fantastic time!
