More rain, some of which could be heavy at times, is expected overnight into tomorrow. Showers will then persist through much of Saturday, before rain chances diminish for Sunday.

A dangerous severe weather episode is expected over the next few hours. Wind gusts exceeding 80 mph are anticipated with storms moving through between 5-7 PM. Tornado and large hail threats are significant, but damaging straight-line winds are the primary concern.

Elevated fire weather danger persists tomorrow due to gusty winds and low humidity. Cooler temperatures will help reduce the fire risk compared to today.

A windy and warm Sunday is in store for ! Expect increasing winds throughout the day, with gusts up to 25 mph. Perfect day to enjoy the outdoors.🌬️☀️

Much-needed rain has fallen on Columbia! After 30 days without rain, this 0.15" is a welcome sight. It's been a long, dry spell, but we're hoping this is the beginning of some relief for the region.
