NorthStar Staff gathered today for our biweekly meeting. In addition to going over new procedures and policies we were able to fellowship over dinner with one another. Staff also participated in a team building activity to work on effective communication. Staff were blind folded (with dress up clothes) and one member of the team had to coach the team to make a square using a rope.

Staff did a wonderful job today. We are so proud of all of their hard work and dedication to NorhStar Child Development Center!

NorthStar staff members attended the 34th Annual South Carolina Association of Early Care and Education. During this conference they were able to learn from Dr. John Delony best selling author, mental health expert, and host of the Dr.John Delony Show. He spoke on helping navigate tough decisions, improve relationships, and believe in you're worthy and well being. We are so proud of each staff member for spending their Saturday learning and developing within the Early Child Care Field!

Ho, ho, ho! Santa called in a favor from some of his “elves of earth” and they stopped by to bring our staff some holiday cheer!
