As someone who literally always moves the goal post to the next big thing, I’m finally hanging out in the gain a bit and enjoying this milestone.. (you should do that more too!!)

2 days ago, our MOMWARD®️ member Alicia told me that before she joined, she sold 4 homes in 2024. In 2025, she sold 20 homes. This year, she’s on pace to do even more. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

in my real estate business i sold 600+ homes in 5 years & made $5M… and still had trouble equating my value to my work.

imposter syndrome is REAL and this industry will reward you for doing MORE over and over again.

👉🏼 my hard work paid off & i built the real skills i have now that allow me to coach moms at a high level to reach their goals. the money i made changed my family’s life, too. So NO i do not regret it…

but when you work hard, you deserve to enjoy your life, too. & sometimes, the to-do list can just wait until tomorrow!!

this is one thing i’ve been coaching my clients on lately.. enjoying the life you’re building while you’re building it.

hi 👋🏽 I’m Taley Hunt — mom in real estate, founder of MOMWARD®️ coaching community, & the #1 coach for moms in real estate who are eager to build the business of their dreams.

I started out as a pregnant first time mom who had just moved to a new state with no real estate experience terrified I wouldn’t be successful.

I spent years hustling, lead generating every day, building my business in a big way because I had a vision.

My goal started out as selling 10 homes per year to match my husband’s salary. God blessed me so much and I sold

28 homes in year 1
86 homes in year 2
145 homes in year 3

… and then started a small team & sold over 600 homes in 5 years with no paid leads 🙌🏼 more than I could have ever imagined

the homes sold = paying off all of our debt, retiring my husband from the Army, & building an investment portfolio than now gives us passive income monthly 🙌🏼

real estate sales changed my life and now i’m coaching moms who are selling 2-4x more than they were before, changing their family’s lives financially, & they’re accomplishing their DREAMS!
