Community yoga is back! 🤍

Such a fun morning moving, breathing, and connecting together at lululemon. So grateful to everyone who showed up, rolled out a mat, and shared their practice with me.

There’s something pretty special about making space to move together — and I loved getting to be part of bringing community yoga back to the Columbia store.

Thank you, lululemon, for creating space for community, movement, and connection. ❤️

Spent some time on the mat with the Missouri Valley College Women’s Volleyball team! 🏐🧘‍♀️

We moved, stretched, worked together, and definitely laughed a lot. I love bringing yoga into a team setting—not just for the movement, but for the chance to slow down, connect, and do something a little different together.

Such a fun group to spend the afternoon with. Wishing these women an amazing season ahead! 🧡💜

Grateful to spend the afternoon with another cohort of MU Health Care nursing residents as part of their wellness program.

The first year of nursing brings so much learning, responsibility, and change. I appreciate that their residency program makes space for wellness alongside clinical training.

It was a privilege to share a few simple practices they can hopefully return to on the hard days and on the good ones alike.

Thank you to all of the nurses and healthcare professionals who care for our communities every day. It was an honor to spend time with you.

I’m honored to support this year’s Combat Boots and High Heels Light the Night Gala.

As a board member, I get to see firsthand the difference this organization makes for veterans and service members in our community. It’s been a privilege to teach our wellness events and support the organization in other ways throughout the year.

Thank you to all of the businesses helping make this event possible. I’m grateful to be among them. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for the businesses already stepping forward to support Combat Boots and High Heels and our Light the Night Gala. Their generosity is more than sponsorship—it is a visible commitment to standing with our Veterans and Service Members, reminding them that their service matters and that our community is willing to show up in meaningful ways.

A special thank you to The Giving Branch- Funded by Employees of Flat Branch Home Loans, our Freedom Sponsor, and Lombardo Homes Missouri, our Old Glory Sponsor, along with the generous businesses who have contributed in support of this mission. Each of these organizations is helping us shine light into the lives of those who have sacrificed so much.

We’re also excited to share that many more businesses have already committed their support, and we can’t wait to receive their logos and recognize them as part of this growing community of leaders.

There is still room for others to join us. If your business wants to make a difference, support our veterans and service members, and lead by example in our community, we would love to partner with you.

Excited to partner with lululemon for this unique hiring event, hosted at Moon Yoga.

I’ll be leading a grounding yoga practice designed to help candidates arrive centered, breathe deeply, and connect with themselves before stepping into the interview process. A reminder that how we feel in our body can shape how we show up in every room we enter.

Then we’ll move into casual conversations and interviews in a more relaxed, human way. Grateful to collaborate on experiences like this that bring wellness and intention into the workplace.

Grateful to spend some time with first year nursing students at the University of Missouri yesterday as part of their resiliency and wellness programming.

We slowed down, breathed together, and explored a few simple practices they can return to when the demands of school and life feel heavy. Caring for others starts with learning how to care for yourself.

Sweat, music, snacks, and the best people. Today’s lululemon Sweat Social was full of movement, local gyms, DJs, and serious good vibes. So much fun being part of a community that loves to move and connect.
