Truman Youth Leadership Academy "Today's Youth are Tomorrow's Leaders"

The Truman Youth Leadership Academy is a one-week summer daycamp for middle-school age students that explores leadership skills, civic involvement, and community service through the University of Missouri’s four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Discovery and Excellence. By motivating youth to assume leadership roles in their schools, churches, and local communities today, we can inspire them

to fill tomorrow’s US House of Representatives, US Senate, and hopefully, the Oval Office. The Truman Youth Leadership Academy is a graduate student project facilitated by the Truman School of Public Affairs and the Institute of Public Policy.
