Mizzou Architectural Studies students are heading to Northwest Arkansas for our 2026 architecture road trip! On March 6 we’ll explore some incredible projects in Bentonville, including:
• The Momentary
• A Frank Lloyd Wright house
• Heartland Whole Health Institute
• Crystal Bridges campus + expansion

Students will hear from practicing architects, tour the sites, and experience how design shapes culture, art, and community.

Two of our fabulous PhD students presented their disability-focused research today in partnership with the Great Plains ADA Center at Mizzou! To continue this conversation nationally, we invite educators and practitioners to submit abstracts that explore research on accessibility, its implementation into pedagogy, and evidence-based applications, including history, theory, innovation, as well as social stewardship or other topics of continuing relevance. Authors are invited to submit creative and/or scholarly abstracts that engage various modes of inquiry.
