Calling All Homeschool Families!

The Language Tree is exploring the possibility of expanding our program to include a language immersion class specifically designed for elementary-aged homeschool students. The program would begin Fall of 2026 and would meet twice a week in your chosen language of French or Spanish. Give us a like or leave a comment if this is something that would interest you!

We are just two days away and our students have been hard at work decorating our school for our Carnival Open House THIS Saturday 2/28!

Thank you so much to everyone who sold and purchased Slice the Price cards from our Domino’s fundraiser!

Because of you we earned $2,150 to go towards our curriculum supplies and scholarship fund!

During the summer months, The Language Tree Preschool-Columbia, MO offers a 10-week summer camp program. Each week features a unique theme filled with engaging and fun activities. With Stephens Lake Park conveniently located across the street, we will take walking field trips to the park and also have weekly water days.

Families may enroll for the full 10 weeks or choose individual weeks based on their child’s interests. Campers are exposed to both French and Spanish throughout the summer. No prior experience with either language is required.

Children ages 2 - 8 can attend TLT Summer Camp.

The weekly themes are as follows:
Week 1: May 26 - 29 Icky Sticky Science
Week 2: June 1 - 5 Happy Holidays
Week 3: June 8 - 12 Once Upon a Fairytale
Week 4: June 15 - 18 Game On
Week 5: June 22 - 26 Blast Off
Week 6: June 29 - July 2 Red, White, and Blue
Week 7: July 6 - 10 Treasure Island
Week 8: July 13-7 Gone Camping
Week 9: July 20 - 24 Dino Discovery
Week 10: July 27 - 31 Superheroes

TLT Summer Camp is $275 per week for the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Optional Early Care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and Evening Care from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., for an additional $30 per week for each extended care option.

The Language Tree is so excited to partner with Gracie Barra Columbia Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Self Defense to bring regular P.E. and Jiu-Jitsu classes to our students! This fun, active program helps kids stay moving, build confidence, and enjoy learning something new all while strengthening their physical and mental health.
