A new school year means a new crew of CACC Media Interns! We’re welcoming back two familiar faces and adding two new ones to the team. 🎉

Throughout the year, these talented students will help bring CACC to life through creative marketing, design, event coverage and more. You’ll spot them behind the camera at CACC events and see their creativity popping up across our socials all year long.

Congratulations to these Battle High School HOSA members on earning scholarships for their outstanding efforts supporting HOSA blood drives in partnership with the American Red Cross! Throughout the school year, they organized three blood drives and collected 48 units of blood, helping make a lifesaving impact in our community. Each recipient will receive a $250 scholarship in recognition of their dedication and service.

CACC Filmmaking students stepped onto the set of "Alpha-Gal", a Stephens College production filmed at Café Berlin, and got a front-row seat to the art of filmmaking.

The story follows a woman living with alpha-gal syndrome who, after losing the ability to eat most mammals, takes a dark and unusual turn—using ticks to infect others in a misguided attempt to change how people eat.

Directed by Stephens Film Instructor Chase Thompson, with Oscar-nominated cinematographer Nathan Truesdell as Director of Photography, the set was buzzing with talent and insight.

Our students didn’t just watch—they shadowed the crew, asked questions, and even worked as extras.
