Close to Home services are designed to provide social and some health services to adults who need supervised care in a safe place outside the home.
We believe in providing individuals with meaningful opportunities to be purposeful members of our community and connect to the world around them. We encourage participants to be themselves while building peer relationships. Close to Home will be open 7-days a week.
