Tiger Tots CDC and Tiger Tots Academy

Our Cubs are learning all about community helpers this week. On Wednesday, they were able to have a super special visitor! We want to give a big thank you to the US Postal Service here in Columbia for showing our friends how mail is delivered and the importance of our mail carriers!

At TTA, we got to celebrate Ms. Gisela’s 11 YEAR ANNIVERSARY 🎉🎉🎉 She is dedicated, positive, and shows our Tiger Tot Core Values each day! We love and appreciate you Ms. G!!!

Our Cubs class made some beautiful “patience machines” today for their sensory activity! Sensory bottles provide our friends with something fun to look at as well as a sensory or calm down activity!

Our Tiger Den friends are learning about community helpers this week and what better way to learn than to have the community helpers themselves come visit! We had two very fun and educational visits from our community helpers. The Columbia Police Department visited on Tuesday and the fire fighters from Quint 4 fire engine visited on Wednesday. Our School house friends have had some fun adventures this Summer! They toured the Mizzou Robotics and Engineering Lab and met their robotic dog, experienced VR and learned all about 3D printing. They even made their own science experiment by making ice cream in a jar! 🍨

Books train our imagination to think big even if we can’t read the words! 📚 🐛 📖

Our Summer Experience has been so much fun this summer! Our schoolagers went to the Candy Factory and got a tour and a tasty treat! 🍫 🍬 🍭
