It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Mr. Kelvin Smith.
Kelvin held a deep love for Cardinal Newman and for the students and families he served through our golf program. Coaching brought him tremendous joy, and he spoke often with pride and excitement about the students he mentored and the relationships he built within our community. His encouragement, dedication, and care for others left a meaningful impact on so many.
We are currently awaiting additional information regarding arrangements and will share those details with the community as they become available. As a school rooted in faith and community, we ask that you join us in prayer and support for his family, friends, students and fellow coaches who will be impacted by this tremendous loss.
With deepest sympathy,
Cardinal Newman School

We were excited to welcome alumnus Nick Wracker CN'19 back to Cardinal Newman yesterday!
Nick recently graduated from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont with a double major in Environmental Science and Economics and a minor in Chemistry. During his four years as a student-athlete on the hockey team, Nick also earned one of the College’s highest honors, the Roger F. Keleher ’15 Award.
This prestigious award, presented to outstanding scholar-athletes with high academic achievement, is the Department of Athletics’ oldest annual accolade and has been awarded since 1954.
Congratulations, Nick! We are so proud of all you have accomplished and cannot wait to see what’s next for you.
