In this workshop we will release tension all along the spinal column - each release will be followed by movement / yoga postures that engage the muscles of the spine and core so that practitioners can expand their awareness of the spine and explore its potential for movement.

Self-Myofascial Release + Yoga Workshop ‘Root Down and Rise Up’ is happening Sunday, December 10 from 1-3pm at join me online or in person. Signup: columbiayoga.com under the ‘Workshop’ tab.
When we are able to root down; to deeply connect with the parts of ourselves that ground us, we open up a window of possibility for exploring our innate potential to rise up, to stand tall and move with confidence and even joy.
