Congratulations to C.A. Johnson High School senior Kenisha Robinson on being awarded the 2026 Dr. Percy A. Mack, Jr. Leadership Scholarship.

The $1,000 scholarship is named in honor of former Richland One Superintendent Dr. Percy A. Mack, Jr. The scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior who demonstrates leadership skills and potential, as well as well-rounded involvement in co-curricular activities.

Kenisha is a lieutenant colonel and unit corps commander in C.A. Johnson’s Air Force JROTC program. She is also a quadruple CTE (career and technical education) Completer and a Richland One Academic All-Star. Through the dual enrollment program, she earned an associate’s degree in general studies from Midlands Technical College.

She plans to attend the University of South Carolina and major in biology on the pre-med track. Her career goal is to be a pediatrician.
