We often look at the results we're getting in our lives...the place where we are now...and aren't really clear (or accurate) on how we got here.

If I can be honest with you, the best place to find out how you got where you are is to understand what you believe and why.

Because our beliefs drive us. They get us doing what we do, reacting the way we react. Sometimes those deep down beliefs we formed in childhood cause us to drive our lives into a ditch!

We need a constant mental tune up!! But we usually need help understanding ourselves. Reach out if you want to talk things through.

Sure we need to grow, transform some attitudes and behaviors.

But criticizing yourself constantly just doesn't work. It actually keeps you stuck, in my experience.

So put those hyper-critical thoughts where they belong and refocus on the fabulous person you were born to be.
And what it will take to become that person, because the world needs you to be that person!

We ALL get trapped by the past. Stuck in old ways of thinking and feeling and strategies for living that hold us back and drag us down.

To get to a new level, we have to put the past where it belongs...in the past. And be free to rise to our fullest, highest potential.

BUT…we can't BE free of our past unless we BREAK free.
I have fought my way through some major challenges. And I've learned some ways to do it, so reach out if you're trying to put the past where it belongs...in the past.

your parent(s) and family,
your teachers and coaches,
your church (if you had one) and friends
-- all the people who poured into you -- it was all worth it.

Because you are now the person you are.
They got a return on their investment.

It's up to you and I, now, to INCREASE that rate of return by improving our character, our knowledge, and our skills.

Why? Because...

We'll be able to accomplish more in less time.
We'll build BETTER relationships.
Increase our impact in the world.
Earn more income. Get more promotions.
Increase our happiness and fulfillment.
Just get better and better results in every area of our lives.
