Alumni Spotlight!

On Saturday, February 10th at 9:15am Delta Sigma alumnus and chapter advisor Brady Moffett will present his research at the South Carolina Music Educators Association conference in Columbia, SC. His presentation is entitled “Pay to play: Correlations between community poverty, social deprivation, and the South Carolina All-State Band”.

Brady is currently a first year Master of Music Education student at USC. Previously, he was a public school music teacher and band director for grades K-12 after graduating with his bachelor of music in music education from USC.

Only the top two graduate students from all submissions nationwide are selected to present their work, so come on out and support a brother! The presentation will be given in the Lincoln Room of the CMCC.
