Birth Education that focuses on approaching anxiety& fears, mindful centering, understanding the processes of labor and delivery, comfort measures, partner support ect. Doula services are customized for the needs of the mom, partner and family. Breastfeeding education is included in all services. In-home support available after delivery for postpartum support, education and breastfeeding. Other education classes/information for your infant also available.
